Project Scope

Justo is a Toronto-based Real Estate brokerage platform that helps connect millions of buyers and sellers of residential properties across Canada.

The client approached the Digital Leap team with an aim of increasing organic traffic and improving ranking in search results.

Project Summary

Digital Leap bagged the project in December 2021, when the client’s website’s organic traffic was already on the decline. We recognized the Java framework they were using as the primary culprit (angular.js) and successfully guided them to migrate it to one that facilitated site-end rendering (next.js). Within days, their organic traffic went up by 65% and continues to fair very well.

The Strategy

After identifying the cause behind falling traffic on the client’s website, we crafted an extensive SEO strategy, which focused on sustainable lead generation from their target regions. Going by the needs of their industry, ‘Hub & Spoke’ model was followed, thereby creating listing pages for different localities with supporting blogs. The steps included:
