Mednow is an online canadian pharmacy & prescription delivery service that enables patients to have online free prescription delivery and health advice. Their primary services involved medication review, pill sorting & auto-refills, virtual walk-in clinic & online pharmacy shop.

The client approached the Digital Leap team with the aim to increase organic traffic and convert that traffic to leads. Mednow wanted to build SEO into a reliable user acquisition channel for long term business growth.

Project Summary

Digital Leap bagged the project in May’21 for a 6-month contract which extended to a year till July’22 as we achieved all set business goals month-on-month. When the Digital Leap SEO team started working with Mednow, they had an excellent local market presence but negligible online presence to their online service. While doing SEO for any medical niche, the biggest challenge placed on the table was making it complaint with YMYL & EAT algorithms of Google. In order to do so, our team primarily channeled all efforts to publish content that promoted the Mednow website’s authority. Not only Digital Leap’s SEO Team improved organic traffic to the website but also within a year, Patient registrations on the website increased from 0 to 100 per month within a year.
